Maison Wick Fundraising – Terms of Service

Type of Fundraiser We Offer

Brochure Fundraiser (Organization-Led)

The organization uses a Maison Wick catalog or order form to sell products directly. The organization is responsible for collecting funds from supporters and purchasing products from Maison Wick LLC at the agreed-upon wholesale rate.

Section 1: Prizes

1. Prize Distribution
   All prizes sponsored by Maison Wick LLC are distributed directly to the intended prize recipient — no exceptions.

2. Cash-Based Prizes
   Cash App, Zelle, or gift card prizes are sent directly from Maison Wick LLC to the winner.

3. Maison Wick Product Credit
   If product credit is part of a prize, 50% of the value is added to your closeout check and recorded in your final payout documentation.

Section 2: Payout Procedures

1. Collection of Funds
   The organization collects all funds from supporters and submits the total payment to Maison Wick LLC for product fulfillment.

2. Required Documentation
   All required forms must be completed before product orders are processed and shipped (see Section 5: Closeout Procedures).

Section 3: Fundraiser Profit

1. Profit Percentage
   The organization retains the agreed-upon profit percentage from each sale based on the wholesale pricing structure provided by Maison Wick LLC.

2. Payment to Maison Wick
   Full payment for wholesale product costs must be submitted before order processing begins.

3. Payment Timeline
   Orders are processed upon receipt of payment in full and completion of required forms.

4. Credit Card Transactions
   If the organization chooses to accept credit card payments from supporters, all related processing fees are the responsibility of the organization unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Section 4: Forfeit of Profits or Orders

1. Social Media Defamation
   Publicly disparaging Maison Wick LLC, including on social media, may result in immediate termination of the fundraiser agreement and forfeiture of pending orders or prizes.

2. Refusal to Comply
   Failure to follow agreed-upon policies or instructions may result in forfeiture of pending benefits.

3. Reallocation of Orders or Funds
   Maison Wick LLC may, at its discretion, redirect or cancel unprocessed orders if the organization violates fundraiser terms.

Section 5: Closeout Procedures

1. Chargebacks
   If a consumer disputes a transaction, the organization is responsible for resolving the matter with the supporter directly, unless otherwise agreed upon with Maison Wick LLC.

2. Required Forms
   A completed order summary, signed agreement, and any additional documents requested must be submitted for closeout.

3. Order Hold
   Orders may be held if:

• Required documents are incomplete

• Payment has not been received in full

• There are unresolved order discrepancies

Section 6: Refund Policy

Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving products. Refunds are issued as store credit for:

• Wrong item shipped

• Damaged product

Non-qualifying reasons include:

• Wrong fragrance selected

• Incorrect quantity ordered

Section 7: Maison Wick Right of Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a fundraiser if:
A. We believe the relationship compromises our ethical or financial integrity.
B. Funds intended for the organization’s stated purpose are redirected for personal or unrelated use.
C. The organization appears financially unstable.
D. The organization refuses to complete required documentation.

By signing up for a Maison Wick brochure fundraiser, the organization acknowledges and agrees that participation constitutes a binding agreement to these Terms of Service.
