📦 Maison Wick Shipping Policy

At Maison Wick, we hand-pour each product with care and attention to detail. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process for regular orders and fundraiser deliveries.

🕯️ Processing Time

• All orders are handmade to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipment.

• During peak seasons (holidays or active fundraisers), processing times may extend to 7–10 business days.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Rates

• We ship via USPS or UPS, depending on your location and order size.

• Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

• Free shipping may be offered on promotional or bulk orders.

🏫 Fundraiser Deliveries

• All fundraiser orders are delivered in bulk to the school or organization.

• Orders are pre-sorted by student and classroom for easy distribution.

• Please allow 3 weeks from the end of the fundraiser for delivery.

📍 Local Pickup (If Available)

• We offer free local pickup for customers within select zip codes or during designated pickup events. You will be notified via email when your order is ready.

❗ Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Maison Wick is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
